Panagiotis ‘Pete’ Klironomos, GRI | REALTOR®
Born in Montreal, P.Q., Canada on September 24th, 1966,
Pete’s family eventually landed in Ormond Beach, Florida in
February of 1980. Pete is a graduate of Seabreeze High
School (1984) and gained his formal education at the
University of Florida at Gainesville majoring in Finance with a
minor concentration in Economics in June of 1988. Pete is a
retired 31 year local area banker initially starting with
SunBank, N.A. in Orlando & Volusia County (Daytona Beach),
then to Tomoka State Bank (New Smyrna Beach) and
SouthTrust Bank of Volusia County (Daytona Beach/New
Smyrna Beach). His last 19+ years in banking was as the
President and CEO of Friends Bank until he marketed the
organization to Fairwinds Credit Union of Orlando in
September of 2019. Additionally, Pete has also successfully
piloted his own Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts franchises in
Ormond Beach with his family from 1992-1995 selling the
business and retaining the underlying real estate for
investment. Pete’s professional experience and collective skill
set includes commercial real estate underwriting, real estate
investment analysis, leasing, and construction management and
administration. Pete’s is proficient in, and specializes in the
preparation of Proforma NOI analyses for real estate
investments, the process of all phases of land development,
Letters of Intent and Commercial Leasing.
Pete is passionate about building his relationships with clients
through the service of sharing his many years of business
experience and overall real estate knowledge.
