Flagler Avenue's Voodoo Music Festival
The Flagler Avenue Voodoo Music Festival is a multi-day "countdown to Mardi Gras" held annually in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, featuring dozens of free live music performances at various venues across the district. The event culminates with the Flagler Avenue Mardi Gras Parade on February 17th.

Gumbo Challenge on Flagler Avenue
The Flagler Avenue Gumbo Challenge takes place on Saturday, February 14th, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Participants purchase a tasting passport to sample diverse gumbo recipes from nearly 20 different host locations and cast their votes to crown the official "Best at the Beach" champion.
