Once we’ve done that, I stage and decorate your home, then take professional photos of your home (including aerial shots to showcase the land and area of your property).

When a buyer decides they want to see your home in person, I do my very best to meet their needs so I am ready to show off your home when they’re ready to see it.
Accepting An Offer
Whether it’s one offer or several, I’ll sit down and review each offer with you to discuss the pros and cons and determine whether its in your best interests to accept the offer, negotiate for better terms, or decline the offer. Once you accept an offer, I continuously monitor the status of the buyer’s loan.
I work with the buyer’s agent to coordinate inspections and appraisals, then make sure you have a complete inspector’s report for you review. If necessary, I’ll advise you through any contract adjustments and renegotiations, based on the buyer’s request.
Finalize Your Home Sale
I work with you and the buyer’s agent to coordinate the closing paperwork, forms, and files, as well as to arrange a time and place to close. We’ll review all the paperwork, facts, figures, and numbers with the buyer and your attorney to make sure everything is in order before you sign.
