Donna is past President of the New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors and past "Realtor of the Year".  She is on the Board of Directors for the New Smyrna Beach Chamber of Commerce.   She is involved in the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life. 

Donna is married and raising four active children.  When she is not busy selling property, you can find her enjoying paradise on the river or seaside.

David S. Kosmas was born in Washington DC and raised in New Smyrna Beach with his 2 brothers and sister.  David's parents; Paul and Suzanne built one of the first homes in Bethune Beach just south of JB's Fish Camp. Growing up in New Smyrna Beach David quickly became an avid angler, surfer, & golfer. David attended both Florida Univeristy and Florida State University albeit a graduate of Christopher Newport University, Virginia with a degree in Physics.  David also graduated top honors in the United States Coast Guard. A father of 4 teenagers: Tyler, Sean, Jordyn and Bridget and married to Donna Concannon.

 The Kosmas Family started building spec homes in New Smyrna Beach in the 1970's in what is now known as Bethune Beach of New Smyrna Beach.  One of the last families to build and own a home in what is now part of  Canaveral National Seashore.  David's Father and Uncles developed the first Time Share condominiums in New Smyrna Beach and other coastal communities.  Kosmas Group International (KGI) has built an internationally respected company in the Time Share Industry.

David's Mother, Suzanne started Prestige Properties Real Estate in 1978 and ran a successful Real Estate Company for almost 30 years before getting involved in local politics and eventually elected to Congress.  At which time Donna and David took over the helm of Prestige Properties.
